The board accepted three tracts into the voluntary agricultural districts, unanimously: the Horil application at 25 acres, Lindley at 60.9 and Strickland at 10.2. All three qualified.
Two new members, Melisa Semenov and Anita Kennedy, attended for the first time. The chair reviewed member terms, noting that two expire at the end of the year, and staff were asked to look into the county's new reapplication process. The September minutes were approved unanimously. Eight of ten members were present.
