Apex's Town Council has a dense agenda built around the Veridea development. Four of the seven public hearings amend town plans specifically to accommodate Veridea: the transportation plan's thoroughfare/collector and bicycle/pedestrian maps, the transit plan map, the environmental enhancement plan, and a rezoning case adjusting Veridea's site development plan.
