   The council would reappoint Wahiba Kartaoui, Sheena Mathews and Akeeya Umstead to the Mayor's Council for Women, with terms beginning July 1, 2022 and expiring June 30, 2026.

    The council would authorize the city manager to amend the Durham Rent Relief Program contract, raising its budget by $121,678 to $6,583,571, funded by federal Emergency Rental Assistance 2 money.
16. 17 Contract with Fulcher Electric for the Construction of NCDOT Owned Traffic Signals in Durham

    The council would authorize a $362,529 contract with Fulcher Electric of Fayetteville, Inc. to install three traffic signal improvements, plus a $54,379.35 contingency fund, for a total project cost not to exceed $416,908.35.

    The council would authorize a contract with Hydromax USA, LLC of up to $3,626,422 for the Sewer Outfall Inspection Program - North project, plus a $360,000 contingency fund, for a total not to exceed $3,986,422.
20. 21 Award of Construction Contract to Owens Roofing, Inc. for Roof Repair and Replacements at Various Department of Water Management Buildings

    The council would authorize a $2,104,751 contract with Owens Roofing, Inc. for roof repairs at Department of Water Management buildings, plus a $210,475 contingency fund, for a total not to exceed $2,315,226.
21. 22 Ordinance Amending Chapter 70, Article VII of the City of Durham Code of Ordinances, which Regulates Cross Connection Control

    The council would adopt a full replacement of the city's Cross Connection Control ordinance, which governs backflow prevention in the water system.
22. 23 Water Distribution System Study, Hydraulic Model Update, and Western Intake Partners Discharge Analysis - Award to McKim and Creed, Inc.

    The council would authorize a $1,717,000 engineering services contract with McKim and Creed, Inc. for a water distribution system study, hydraulic model update and discharge analysis, plus a $183,000 contingency fund, for a total not to exceed $1,900,000.
