Church Street Company wants to rezone 68.28 acres at 0 Harris Road from Rural Holding to a mix of Highway Business, Neighborhood Mixed Use and General Residential 10 conditional districts for a subdivision, but the Planning Board voted 6-0 in December to call the plan inconsistent with the town's Community Plan and recommend denial. The board also gets its first look at the manager's proposed FY 2023-2024 budget, though the agenda's own document carries no numbers at all -- it says only that Town Manager Kip Padgett will present highlights in a slide deck.
