Morrisville's town council has a vote down for tonight on adopting the Transit Oriented Development and Zoning Plan, after opening a public hearing on the plan September 12. The packet has grown since that hearing: staff added a nonconforming-use plan for the Longfellow property in TOD East and a plan FAQ. The council will also vote on bidder prequalification requirements for construction at Crabtree Creek Nature Park.

The plan was not settled here. A further session was scheduled for 10 October and billed as the last of three, and the council did not adopt the plan until 14 November, by which time the hearing had been continued four times.
