What local government is doing this week

Most boards haven't posted agendas for this week yet -- of the 23 meetings on the calendar across nine governments, only one has a published agenda to read. That's Chapel Hill's Historic District Commission on Tuesday the 8th, a busy night with eight individual properties up for a certificate of appropriateness, from Fraternity Court to Glenburnie Street, plus routine approvals for minor maintenance work. The commission also acknowledges Hispanic Heritage Month at the opening.

Everything else -- including City Council meetings in Raleigh and Durham, and Town Council meetings in Holly Springs, Morrisville and Apex -- is still waiting on its agenda. Check back closer to each meeting date for what's actually on it.

23 boards meet across 9 governments, with 28 agenda items on file.
