    Speakers should sign up with the Town Clerk before the start of the meeting. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes – a timer will be on the screen. Each speaker should state their name and address at the beginning of their comments. While the Board is interested in hearing your comments and concerns, speakers should not expect any board action or deliberation on the remarks made. Please direct your comments to the Board as a whole. Comments or concerns requiring further investigation will be referred to the appropriate town official.     Action: Hold public hearing. Staff Suggestion: Approve summary terms and adopt the resolution. Suggested Motion: "a motion to adopt the resolution approving an economic development incentive agreement with Mosaic Hospitality LLC"

  12. 8.III Request: Town Hall Architect Selection

    Selection Committee Recommendation: Select HH Architecture for the design of Town Hall. Staff Recommendation: The anticipated duration to complete design and construction of the new Town Hall is thirty-five months. In effort to meet the tight schedule, Staff recommend that the Board approves of the selection of HH Architecture and authorize the Town Manager to begin negotiating a fee amount for the desired services. Suggested Motion: “… a motion to approve the selection of HH Architecture and authorize the Town Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with HH Architecture, not to exceed $887,900.”
