Wake Forest's commissioners take a land exchange with Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary at their 1 July work session. The town would give up 0.8 acres valued at $670,000 for just over an acre valued at $790,000, and the item before them is scheduling the public notice that has to precede it.

The session also closes out the town's recodification project, takes a contract with Blue Strike Environmental to write a sustainability plan, and reviews amended personnel policies. A work session is for discussion and possible action.
